#iykyk : Ever since the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure were amended in 2006 to define ESI and the “duty to preserve” a proper Legal Hold needs to be implemented when a lawsuit is filed or there’s expectation of litigation. Make sure you get your Legal Holds right!
